Legal grounds

Legal grounds for processing personal information by Movedi is your expressed consent. We need to process personal information in order to provide you with the services – to reserve parking, park now, manage parking permits and use other parking services with Movedi App.

Consent

You declare your consent on the Privacy Policy by registering in the App and using its services. You agree on Privacy Policy conditions and entitle Movedi and its partner companies to process, store and use your personal information to provide the services according to the legislation.

While registering in the App, the Customer indicates that he/she has read and agrees to the Privacy Policy. Marking the relevant field on consent shall be deemed as written consent on processing the personal information.

What data does Movedi collect from you

Registration in the App is carried out via the Customer’s mobile number. Movedi uses a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS to register the Customer and to log the Customer in to the App. Registration and login are not carried out via e-mail.

3.1. During registration in the App, the Customer fills in (allows to process) the following information (information set forth below is mandatory for registration purposes):

• Mobile number;
• First and last name;
• Credit card information;
• Information on location;
• Vehicle information (make, model, license plate number);

We collect your e-mail only in order to send you invoices and marketing communications. E-mail is not used for registration or login.

During registration, the Customer may voluntarily indicate additional information, such as:

• Country;
• City;
• Age;
• Address;

When you reserve parking, park now or manage parking permits, you agree that Movedi will process information on your location and the location of the parking space in order to identify available parking, guide you to the parking space, calculate the parking fee and manage your parking session and permits.

You provide your vehicle information, including the license plate number, so that Movedi can associate parking sessions, reservations and permits with your vehicle, manage entry and exit at partner parking facilities and ensure correct billing. At some parking facilities, the license plate number is used for automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) operated by the facility, in order to identify your vehicle and manage entry, exit and billing automatically.

Movedi uses services of Wifisher LLC to send one-time passwords (OTP) by SMS for registration and login. In order to deliver the OTP, Wifisher LLC processes your mobile number and the one-time password. Goal of processing the personal information by Wifisher LLC is to technically ensure secure registration and login in the App. Personal information delivered to Wifisher LLC is protected and its confidentiality is ensured by Wifisher LLC. Movedi uses services of Flitt for processing the payments under Terms of Service (parking fees, reservation fees, permit fees, fines). In order to process the payment, Flitt processes following information:

• Details of the card – number, owner, date of validity;
• Sum and currency of the payment;
• Date, time and place of the payment;

Goal of processing the personal information by Flitt is to technically ensure processing of the payments under Terms of Service.

Personal information delivered to Flitt is protected and its confidentiality is ensured by Flitt. Flitt preserves information on the Customer during the term of provision of the service.

You are solely responsible on the correctness of the indicated information. Movedi is exempt from any responsibility and damages that may arise from the incorrectness of the provided information.

Log files and cookies

Movedi uses standard procedures of log files. Movedi uses log files in order to store the information of the Customer behavior in the App and improve quality of the services. Following information is generated and stored by using log files:

• Type of the device;
• Date, time and duration of visit;

We do not identify specific Customers with this information, it is an analytical data.

We process this information in order to:

• Analyze trends;
• Manage the App, process statistics;
• Observe Customers’ behavior in the App and create refined customer experience;
• Plan and implement effective marketing activities;
• Provide you with advice and recommendations;

Goals of data processing

Movedi uses gathered information for the following purposes, to:

• Ensure proper functioning of the App;
• Improve, enlarge and provide personalized customer experience in the App;
• Find out and analyze how you use the App;
• Develop new products, services, functionalities;
• Communicate with you, send you the news and other information related to the App, implement direct marketing and other promotional events;
• Send e-mails;
• Detect and prevent fake profiles;
• Fulfill our obligations under the agreement and implement our rights;
• Contact you with the App or indicated contact information;
• Inform you of available parking spaces and the status of your reservations, parking sessions and permits;

You are entitled to cancel your subscription and request termination of processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes. Please, send us such request via e-mail. Movedi will terminate direct marketing upon your request during 10 working days. Refusal of direct marketing does not cancel other services.

Sources of data collection

The App collects information from the following sources:

• When you fill in website/application registration form (registration);
• When you communicate with mobile phone or an e-mail;
• When you use our App and chat;

Customers’ rights

Our aim is to guarantee that you are aware of the rights in regard of your personal information. According to the Law of Georgia on Protection of Personal Information you are entitled to:

• Request the following information – data we process, goals and legal grounds of processing, sources used for collection of the information and third parties to whom the personal information was disclosed, legal grounds and goals of such disclosure;
• Request copies of the personal information data;
• Correct, update, add, block, delete or eliminate information if data is incomplete, incorrect, is not updated or if it was illegally collected or processed;

You are entitled to amend information on your private profile in the App. In case the amendment is not possible, please, contact us via email.

Disclosure

Your information should be disclosed according to Georgian legislation in order to identify and prevent crime for investigation purposes. We share your personal information to our partner companies, that assist us in provision the services to you (delivery of OTP by SMS for registration and login, ensure security of online services, proceeding payments under the Terms of Service, parking facility operators).

Movedi is entitled to share your personal information, including your vehicle and license plate information, with the operators of partner parking facilities where you reserve parking, park now or hold a parking permit. Goal of such disclosure is to manage entry and exit at the facility, validate your reservation, parking session or permit and ensure correct billing. At some facilities the license plate number is processed through automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) systems operated by the facility for these purposes.

Data protection

Movedi takes exceptional responsibility on data protection issues. Information disclosed by you to our App is saved on protected cloud servers. All data on servers is stored in an encrypted form of personal identification.

Your private profile is accessed only with your mobile device. Movedi is exempt from any responsibility if third parties use your login credentials or your mobile device. If you have any doubt that third party is using your login information or mobile device without your consent, please, inform us immediately.

Third parties and their privacy policies’

This Privacy Policy does not cover other companies and their websites. In case you are transferred to any other website from Movedi website, please, read terms and conditions and privacy policy of that particular website carefully.

Protection of minors

Our priority is to secure safe usage of internet by minors. We encourage parents and legal representatives to observe, participate, control or overview online activities of the minors. Registration in Movedi App is allowed for adults above 18 years old.

Term of data preservation

Movedi preserves personal data throughout the period of the service.

Amendments

Movedi is entitled to change this Privacy Policy occasionally. Every amendment will be published on Movedi website and App. It will be in legal force from the moment of publication. Your continuous usage of the App will be deemed as the consent on amended Privacy Policy. In case you do not agree with amendments please, do not use the App or its parking services.
